BIRTHDAY PARTIES
2 hour Party

10 children minimum
Maximum depends on staff availability
FEES:
2 hour party $170.00 for 10 children, $20.00 non-refundable deposit due when scheduling party ($150.00 due the day pf party) . $10.00 for every additional child above the 10. CASH AND CHECK ONLY
AT REGISTRATION:
You will need to pick up consent form to send with each birthday invitation. These forms must be filled out by the guardian of each child attending and brought to the birthday party.
*No child will be allowed to participate in the gym activities without this signed release form.
We need to know the approximate number of children coming. The more children attending the party the more staff that we will need in order to keep a small and safe child/teacher ratio. Contact the office if this number changes after booking.
DURATION OF PARTY:
2 hours
60 min. Fun, Fun, Fun....birthday party participants may enjoy the use of Maple City
Gymnasts facilities including the large foam pit and bounce house under the supervision of one of our staff members.
45 min. Cake, ice cream, opening of presents and more gymnastics activity if time permits.
15 min. End of party, at this time we would like to have the birthday party participants to
gather their items and say their good byes.
PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE:
Tables and chairs, covering for the table, plastic cups, knives, spoons, forks, napkins, plates (for desert only), assistance-serving during party, supervision by a staff member to ensure the safety of the participants.
You Provide:
Birthday cake, candles, ice cream, drink, or any food, plus utensils for the food you bring.
